My Opinion of TSA Management Directive No. 100.4:

The Transportation Security Agency released TSA Management Directive No. 100.4 in response to an ACLU lawsuit brought on behalf of Steve Bierfeldt when he was detained in November, 2009. This was one of the first documents released to the public by the TSA that gives any information about its policies.
