Laws that are rarely enforced

Some laws are rarely enforced for one reason or another. Often, the law was capricious and probably reactionary, and over time the populace as realized that there wasn't a good reason for it to actually be passed. Some times the laws are simply antiquated, and often the penalties--such as fines--are have not been modified to remain worth enforcing.

In cases where a law is not enforced, it should be repealed.
