The Torre del Oro (Golden Tower) in
Seville, Spain
is a former
military
watchtower
. Today it functions as a
naval museum
and a
meeting place
for groups taking
booze cruises
along the
Guadalquivir
. The
Torre de La Plata
, its former partner, does not see as much work these days.
