El Gran Teatro de Cervantes -- "The Great Cervantes Theater" in Tangiers, Morocco, supposedly still in use but not by the looks of it.

This area is not a long walk up from the coast, bustling with activity, tourists, and locals trying to fleece them. Despite all that, this area was eerily quiet and seemingly deserted.
