Outlook Not So Good
is a
Perl
script that corrects
poorly composed replies in electronic mail
.
It can be integrated with a mail client, or as part of the delivery chain (for instance a
sendmail milter
or in a
procmail
rule).
It can correct various irregularities, such as
top-posting
responses, unwrapped text, and untrimmed
signatures
. The
MicroSoft Outlook
family of
e-mail clients
is notorious for these
netiquette violations
.
