I was looking to purchase the Neuros Link from Neuros Technology. Their official store is hosted by DVRUpgrade.com, so I went to their site, ordered the device and a remote, and went to check-out.
I was told my user name was invalid. When I wrote in for help, I was told that the site has a very specific idea of what is a valid e-mail address. I ended-up purchasing the Link from ThinkGeek but still can't find the remote anywhere else. The end result will probably be just building a LIRC receiver and using one of the several IR remotes that I have.
