is a re-badged

that works on different
UMTS frequencies
.
It has some T-Mobile specialization, such as the odd phrase "
To access T-Mobile web2Go and Downloads you must temporarily disable your WiFi connection
", and
UMA
support for
making mobile calls from WiFi locations
.
