Lance Roberts (NHL referee)

Lance Roberts is the man I hold personally responsible for the Devils not winning the Stanley Cup during the 1995-1996 NHL Season. Him, and the rest of the 1995-1996 New Jersey Devils who were utterly miserable towards the end of the year. He wore number 20 before retiring in 2001 to enter the real estate business, as well as referee in Europe.

It's not that he's a bad guy, he just made a mistake.
