Some
VOIP providers associate outgoing call costs as being generated by a
DID which is the wrong abstraction. A single entity, such as a large company, could have several different inward dialing numbers but there's no reason to associate all outgoing calls with any specific one of them. In reality, the cost is charged to the company as a whole.
