Pakeman Catto & Carter are a British clothier with a mail-order operation. They offer a decent selection of form and casual and informal clothing. They have some interesting cuff-links, and I appreciate the styling on their trousers, but I was not impressed by the waistcoat I ordered from Pakeman.
