Michael Arrington's January 18, 2009 post quoted messages supposedly sent from ex-Google employees.

The general theme appeared to be that employees were unhappy about losing fringe benefits despite Google's massive net-profit. The duration of Google's hiring process was also mentioned as a symptom of Google's systemtic problems.
