Neapolitan/New York style: Four Cheese Cheeseburger Chicken Pesto
Compared to the traditional New York style pie, Stone Hearth is thinner and has less pronounced sauce, (including white pizzas in their wide selection)--not dissimilar to what you might expect if you were to order a pie at a restaurant in central Italy. Prices for specialty pies are about $8 (8"), $13 (12") and $18 (16") although they vary and you can always compose your own.
The four cheese, despite a simple option, is quite well done and works well with their standard pie composition. If you want some meat on the pie, the chicken pesto is a solid choice; while the cheeseburger pizza isn't exciting enough to last through a full pie.
My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I'm afraid. Good afternoon, gentlemen.
