Dominik Hašek was a unique goaltender that rose to popularity with the
Buffalo Sabres after being drafted by
Chicago. He was extremely
flexible and
athletic, and extremely reactionary often moving to stop pucks in unconventional ways. Speaking to this point, he stated:
