TurboTax

TurboTax is Intuit Inc.'s tax preparation software. Prior to the 2008 tax filings, the online version was a dynamic web application which ran in most popular web browsers. Starting with the 2008 taxes, TurboTax switched to Shockwave Flash which prevented some existing users from accessing information they had submitted in prior years, and forcing them to move to other applications, such as H&R Block's TaxCut.
