The WebKit
layout engine
, in contrast to what I only recently wrote about
testing web sites in the Safari web browser
, has quickly impressed me, and so has the small
Midori web browser
.
Although it is not has extensible as as the
FireFox web browser
, Midori and WebKit are fast, and more importantly, accurate, rendering engines (it was the first widely available layout engine to pass the
Acid3
test.
