I was not impressed by the waistcoat that I ordered from Pakeman, Catto & Carter, and disappointed that when I returned the first defective item I received back another defective item. I would have expected that, upon having sent me a waistcoat with a stain on the lapel as part of a moderately sized (£400) order they might have been more concerned with ensuring that the replacement piece would be of the quality for which they would want to be known.
Instead, I received a wrinkled waistcoat that had a tear in the front fabric repaired by glue.
