A search for the phrase exercise bike clearance is the quintessential example of Google fail pertaining to its not being able to properly tell when a page has useful content, and the result of Google's answer to the question: when does a page exist?
The fail is caused by web servers with dynamic content not returning a visible error request to a client, but instead returning a HTTP 200 response indicating that the page worked as expected. This is an expected result. However, Google doesn't seem to know that these pages aren't useful.
